How physically demanding is the program?
The program is designed to be mentally and emotionally challenging, not a test of peak physical fitness. Activities are scalable to your ability. The goal is to push you beyond your comfort zone to build mental resilience, not to break you physically. A baseline of good health is required, but you do not need to be an elite athlete.
Who are the other people in the cohort?
Cohorts are intentionally small and meticulously curated. You will be surrounded by a peer group of vetted senior executives, successful founders, and high-level directors from a diverse range of industries. This creates a powerful, confidential environment for growth and networking.
Do I need any specialized field experience for this program?
Absolutely not. The vast majority of our participants come from corporate and executive backgrounds with no prior specialized experience. Our force-on-force training scenarios use Simunition®—a world-class, non-lethal training system trusted by elite professional organizations for high-stakes training. This is not a marksmanship course; it is a high-fidelity pressure test. The scenarios are meticulously designed tools to teach intense focus, emotional regulation, and quality decision-making under stress. What kind of clothing and gear should I bring?
A detailed packing list will be provided upon acceptance. Generally, you should bring comfortable, durable athletic clothing and footwear suitable for physical activity in various conditions (layers are recommended). All specialized technical and safety equipment for the training evolutions will be provided by HHA.
